<font size="2" face="verdana,arial,helvetica">Hey Ron and Hookumhi

I would also enjoy fishing with either of you or the three of us could go out together. I also have open seats quite often. I'm looking forward to meeting some ifishers and starting the chase for "springers".

<font size="2" face="verdana,arial,helvetica">Thanks for your offer.
I am my self in the same position as you.
I have boat and everything to go fishing, I just looking for someone who is crazy about fishing as me + can go and fish whenever the tide is running out.
But I guess it is not that simple and should not be that hard. Well what I am asking, when inviting someone for the first time, there are unwritten rules so to speak.
For example
1 I always offer to pay for gas, drinks, food.
if someone takes me.
2 I always split my catch 50-50.
3-4-5--6-6-7.....,
Could anyone post some things that they think upropriate, about unwritten rules.
Thanks.

<font size="2" face="verdana,arial,helvetica">Sure! "Open Seat Etiquette"

1- If you are using someone else's gear, offer to replace any that you lose.

2- If you are not comfortable netting someone's fish (or letting someone else net your fish), be up front with them right off the bat.

Anybody care to join in?
