Default Game Carriers

Several years ago while at one of the sports shows there was a guy with a game carrier that seemed to be very functional. I believe the name of the product was Pac Orse or something similar. I seem to recall he was from either Washington or Oregon. I did a web search and found nothing. I was wondering if anyone had heard of this company? Is he still in business? Do you know of a similar product? The innovative idea that this product had was he had installed brakes which I thought would be nice to have for certain situations. Thanks
