Looking for Boat Storage in Boring Area

Not sure where to post this request, so I'll try LIG first. I know it's probably a long shot, but I'm looking for indoor storage for my 26' boat (about 13' high at the radome). I'm probably looking at storing it through February and would need access to it a few times throughout the winter for some maintenance and upgrades. Preferably in the Boring, Damascus, Sandy, East Gresham area. I would like to be able to negotiate a deal that would include some cash and a fishing trip or two.

Just tell Mrs. C that you need to do a full remod to the garage. Just add on a roof extenson, and full maintenance shop in the back yard.
