Bad day for coyotes!

I can't remember my last 2-dog day-----and I wasn't even hunting them! I spotted the first dog about 10 this morning, out the kitchen window. Grabbed the dreaded "house gun", ranged him at 250 yds, threw the bull bag on the deck railing, dead dog. The second one was about a mile up the valley just before dark. I was headed up to give a guy a ride back after he moved a tractor, and another dog was out with a cow/calf herd. Shut the truck off, took a rest across the hood, had to bark to get him to stop. Dog #2 down, about 350 yds. That's 7 in the last 3 weeks....
