Default Hunting gloves

What are your suggestions for deer/elk hunting gloves in the cold/rain/snow?

I personally like the wool gloves that are finger-less, but have the flap that you can put over your fingers if you want to.

I have a pair of thin fingerless wool gloves that have grippers on the palm side. Thats what I wear when I'm still hunting. When on stand I will wear gore tex gloves or full fingered thick wool gloves.

I use a pair of "Camo Skinz" from Cabela's. GoreTex and lightly insulated. I wear these for everything from ducks in a down pour to deer and elk in the snow. Great dexterity and will keep you hands warm and dry enough without a ton of bulk.

I wear thin goat skin gloves that might look "girly" but I can still work the bolt and load shells when needed. When it is real cold I put on the thick wool gloves with leather palms right over the top, but have the trigger finger cut off.

I just bought a pair of Camo Skinz from cabellas. Best gloves I've ever owned. Little spendy at $29.99 but whoa nellie, they are comfortable.

Wool is unique in that it still insulates when wet.
No substitue for bare fingertips in certain situations without having to completely remove your gloves.

I like the military style nomex gloves. Pretty warm, you can put polypro liners under them for extra warmth. I can still load, shoot etc. with them.
