Default High school funnies

My son David is pretty funny at times. Don't know that the teachers always appreciate it, but it made me giggle when he told me.

He was in a class and someone asked why they couldn't hold the speech tournament in the gym.

Teacher said, "Oh, they are having a huge girls volleyball tournament, today."

David responded casually, "Do they have to change the net size for that?"

---------------------------------------------------

The teacher said, "This is David's world."

I think he's fun to have around, regardless if he gets $240 dollar tickets for having no license with him!

Sounds like a kid who's been exposed to a plentitude of Columbia River gillnetting discussion. Congratulations. You've truly done your job as a parent. When the subject comes up, he'll have an informed opinion to share.
