Default Birds, Boar, Buck, Bull Sheds

Well this is sort of a random post, but here I am just promoting folks to post up their pics...nothing fancy here.

First here's a hog I spotlighted and my buddy shot at 21 yards a few nights ago (that's him in the picture)...it was in north -central Texas (where I attend college). Estimated 250 lbs.

Next, here's some teal we shot during the Early Teal Season Texas has in Septemer. I managed a few birds despite my broken arm in a cast!

Then there's the all-too-often site we see down here in Texas, dead bucks on the side of the road (forgive me for the roadkill photo, I still thought it was a nice little buck)...taken last week

and then here's dad with some nice sheds he found in Trask Unit a couple weeks ago.

As soon as I shoot a TX hog or fill my limit of ducks I'll post up again...

Those dont look like sheds. Maybe an archery loss? I have found 2 animals in past years that were killed and lost from archery hunters. Did one heck of a stalk on a bedded elk one year to find he was dead from an arrow. I still have the rack and arrow.

Nice pics....way to go on that hog, and the ducks. Shooting while injured is always a task!

LOL...those "sheds" are pretty cool looking. Maybe next year that elk will keep his head though!

It's pretty cool that those bulls are now shedding their hide to conceal their identity through the summer....I heard they were doing some tricky stuff up around Tillamook, but i would never thought they would go to that extreme Just playin. Thanks for the pics. Might not be anything more fun then hunting those pigs. Keep piling them up...

yeah yeah I know they weren't "sheds" but Dad found bones around em, so prolly either winter kill from last year or maybe that bull got away from a hunter...maybe an ifisher??...look familiar to anyone?
