Egads!
Ms. Brew had the ultrasound today. It's another boy! That will make six boys and one girl! Egads!  My daughter is not happy about this.

I just can't understand how I keep beating the odds with the number of boys, but I can't seem to win the lottery. You'd think it would carry over.
I also have a cousin who has eight boys and no girls. In our homeschool group, there are two families with five boys and one girl, one with five boys, one with six boys and two girls, and the rest either have an even split or the boys slightly outnumber the girls. No family we are acquainted with has more girls than boys. What exactly are the odds of that?
But hey, I'm not complaining. I'll only have one wedding to have to pay for!
And yes, we do know what causes it. Love.
As far as a different hobby, I took up hunting this year, but it didn't seem to help. She see's me in camo, and just can't seem to keep her hands off me...

this is about the point in time my friends father would blame the milkman, 7 boys 3 girls, but nobody would know what your talking about in this day and age, and we didn't either until we were teens.

Happybrew, first of all....Congratulations!!! Second...I have heard it depends on what kind of food your wife has been ingesting before conception: alkaline or acidic.  I don't know if this is true or not. You are actually determining whether it's gonna be a boy or girl via chromosomes...
