Default Birthday fish

Not my birthday exactly but close enough to not matter.

Yep .. I am one of those who read the posts about yellowtail in late October and drool.

I am planning a trip on 15th October out of Astoria. I know the weather is too far out to worry about yet but is anyone else wanting to run for it just on general principle?

Kismet .. Ilwaco .. Crew will be Reel Creel, Freakwater, Pilar and one TBD. Live bait caught on the 14th and kept going all night. Run out at first light and maybe get one more shot at the longfins.

There will be decent weather if the powers that be will it. And fish caught if we are granted one more hour to perform our art and perfect our lives.

Looking for other late stage terminal Tunaholics to join us in the fray.

TBD is not available. I'm hoping I won't be leaving without the Bait Boy. Call me Rick.

Good Luck!
May you find flat water and yellowtails. Or maybe a marlin or dorado.

Bait Boy .. we lost the third prospect to some prior non-fishing engagement. Is Sunday gonna work for you?

I think the other two guys could do either day but at least one prefers Sunday.

Call me and lets go out with a bang or at least a Ziiiiiinngggggg - Pow!
