Prayer and Praise
Sorry but I had edited my post out. This was what I had posted.
My wifes Uncle Abe passed away on 11/22/03.Please pray for the family. He new the lord. We were told that HE was singing THE KING IS COMEING and took his last breath. What a way to go.

I need to corect this post.
We were told wrong He was not singing The King is Comeing....It was being played on a tape. So sorry for the misleading post.

Hey DAB, I juts saw the post about your wife's uncle i will pray for the family. That's great that he knew the Lord as his Saviour we'll see him again in Heaven one day . Praise the Lord

My condolences to you and yours. I knew Abe from church. Always smiling, always positive, always quick with a handshake when he met you on Sunday morning. He was a good man and an inspiration. .
Despite his limited mobility, he was always faithful to help collect the offering. Last Sunday, an offering plate was placed in his chair, upside-down, in his honor.
He will be missed

At least he was able to hear it in his last hours. I hope everyone is doing okay. My boss's dad passed away recently. It's hard, but we need to keep our eyes on the Lord, and know that He will soothe all wounds.

The funeral for Uncle Abe was 11/26/03, was it doom and gloom, no, it was more of a celibration of Uncle Abe going home to be with the Lord.
