crabbing and salmon

The first weekend of the 2 hali limit I saw a posting at Depoe that indicated a extended crab season.
WAS this for commercial only or can you still sport crab the ocean? Is there a link maybe someone has?

Depoe or Newport for Salmon?
GOing to give bottom fish and Salmon a go this Sunday but on the fence as to where?
Depoe north to siletz for bottom fish then troll for salmon?

Newport south to seal rock for bottom then troll for salmon?

Input would be appreciated
Newport would allow me to throw pots on the way out if the ocean is not open.
