Cheap tackle holding boxes
My wife just returned from the Ace Hardware store next door to the Milwaukie GI Joes, and said they are selling their plastic display boxes they used to display the loose nuts and screws. They are 11" wide, 5 1/2" deep and 1 1/2" tall, and they have a lid that snaps shut. They would work great for storing small tackle, swivels, hotshots, etc...The have 2 big boxes full of them as of right now, and they are selling them for $1 each.
