Default New Quickies (A Followup)

Here is a followup to "Overfishisin Conditions" post on new 04 Quickies with another flavor...Instead of the California Watermelon, I picked up the Pacific Watermelon on some advice from the Fishermans people...I didn't see the Cali Watermelon but I am sure it was an oversight on my part...Oh well, I dropped enough $$$ as it was  ...

Yo TackleBuster, I have your 6-Pack of these...

From Left to Right we have: Pacific Watermelon, Cherokee, Cricket, Thumper, next 2 are Foxee Fish from Blue Fox # BFX15110-1 and finally BFX15130-1 (I purchased K-14's in the QuickFish)

The interesting thing about the last 2 (Blue Fox's) they are noticably heavier and in a K-15 similiar size and they have a slit on the belly, I think to apply scent or something...I think all these will catch something...Or should I say they already did... ME

There, that's a much better picture of the cherokee, in my pic it looked reddish, instead of the metallic pink. I think that I must've just missed the Pacific Watermelon! When I was there they only had it in K13 so I passed, which one were you at?! Anyway, maybe I'll pick it up at the Sportsman's show if I see it there, but I think between the Cali Watermelon and the Thumper I have my color schemes covered, I hope! I still think the Foxees are cool, I bought that green one too, and inside the slit they have felt for applying scent, plus grooves in the side to better hold bait wraps. They come with VMC hooks.

OC,

Everything is at the Delta Park Location...I am sure I just boneheaded the Cali Watermelon because they just stocked the shelves and they had allot of K-14s there...

I am stoked to give these new schemes a try...

I really like the look & the robustness of that Blue Fox...Hope they swim straight because the colors look killer and the embedded scent pad on the bottom is very innovative...

I would go down there to Delta Park before they are gone after this post....

Good luck to you & tight lines...

Oh by the way when I looked at your pic of the Cherokee I thought I got the wrong thing but when I looked again the light does play tricks when photographing metallic finishes sometimes...Ya that Metallic Pink/Cerise is going to be a killer I think...
