My back is improving. I pinched a nerve in my mid back. Since I work on concrete floor all day long that is the reason for my back taking so long to heal.

I know how you feel. Years ago I began having severe back pain. It got to the point that I could not sit or drive without the pain becoming excruciating. The first doctor said it was muscle related and to begin physical therapy. This only made it worse. I finally had an MRI and it was determined that I had a narrow spinal colum toward the tail bone and this was compressing the nerves. I went through a year of physical therapy and pain meds. The deffinative relief to my pain came at the hand of a Chiropractor. My pain decreased by at least 80%. It has been 6 years since my last visit and I have had no recurring bouts with severe back pain. I hope this information will help.
