WOW...My prayers are with pops ant the family. I understand what your feling. My dads my best friend and i dont know what i would do with out him around for advice and friendship.

A little scare
Came back from vacation on Monday from astoria. Tuesday Pop's informs me he is having chest pains again. Been off and on for about a month. Wednesday he gets hit hard by what he thinks may be a heart attack. Spends two days in Keiser Hospital and finds out that his arteries are spasming and giving him sever pain.
They are treating him with nitrates on put him on some medications that make him a little goofy at times but it appears for now that he will be okay.
Seems like a little something new with his heart every 7 months to a year. Sure like having him around. I am asking you to continue your prayers for him and that God will heal him. This is pretty testing stuff for a minister of 40 years. Thanks.

Pop's is feeling pretty good as of yesterday. The medications made him real loopy at first but seem to have balanced out more each day. He did a little scouting around our favorite coho haunt yesterday and did just fine.
Appreciate all your prayers and support. He's a great guy and we all want him around for a long time.

Just an update for you folks. Pop's had a rough week. Had a good day last Monday but from there it has kinda been down hill.
He felt pretty bad Saturday and almost asked me to take him home. He even had me drive the truck which is very rare.
continue your prayers for him. It's a very stressfull time for him and mom. She's pretty scared as well as I.
