Where to find trailer tongue folding kit/parts

I'm looking to mod my trailer tongue to a folding type, does anyone know where I can get the parts ? Aso, it's a baker and the wiring is inside the square tube, how would i go about cutting the tube without cutting the wires ??

You're going to have to pull the wires out of the tube or risk cutting them.

I removed mine and cut it with a band saw.

The swing away tongues are on sale at a local place in Tigard. They have a store at Delta Park too. West something...
