Default Crab Stuffed TUNA! Parmesan...

It's what WAS dinner.

I used Boatdog's Halibut Parmesan recipe, mixed up some crab with cream cheese - added a little garlic powder and lemon to the crab mix. Cut butterfly steaks and filled the in-between space with the crab - and followed Boatdog's recipe from there. Holy smokes!!!! That's got to be my new favorite!

Thanks, Boatdog, for the tip!!!

I fried them in a pan with some olive oil med to med-high temp. 3 to 5 minutes each side, depending on thicknes, until golden brown. I also found it helpful to heat the cream cheese in the microwave to soften it a little before mixing the crab in. Add a little garlic powder and lemon juice to the crab spread. Save extra to add on top of tuna fillets when served.

Bon Apetite'
