Default Where would you take a large group fishing

Every year a group of friends and family come to washington to go fishing, we often hit the samish, but the crowds (and snaggers) are just getting to large. The 3 of us that live here do ok (we are used to the crowded fishing conditions) but our visiters do only so/so. This year we are talking about going to a resort or lodge, or even drag some campers somewhere. What im looking for is a good lodge where we can have a great time and everyone catch some fish...(my favorite is kings) but silvers would be ok. I know some of you have friends and family that are in the business so you can help both them and us.
I wouldnt mind getting down towards oregon somewhere along the tribs of the columbia...note I have a boat but to many people for 1 boat. so a good bank egg drifting place would be great......DJ

PS ofcourse any help would be rewarded by a cold beer and dinner, maybe around a campfire if were are lucky

I guess that really depends on just how many people there are. I'd say there's a good possibility that you could find an Ifish connection that would be willing to do a mini flottila with you, and your fam, that way you'd have more boat space? The fam may think it's a bit strange, but generally speaking, everyone would be fishing and happy!

Check out the charter companies in Ilwaco...they can give you the best dates for Kings, Silvers and Sturgeon. You can charter the entire boat for 12 or more people and have it for yourself, makes for a great trip...for the salmon you'll have to face the Columbia bar...most of them cater to Sturgeon now, when the Sturgeon season is open it can be down right fantastic...runs about $65 per person

Overfishin was thinkin what I was. I', sure if there weren't too many people involved...fishing arangements could be made between Ifishers.

You could rent a beach house and hire some guides on the Oregon coast.
