Gator Mania aboard the USS HogHunter (COPY)
Written by: Kentucky Hoghunter:
Well,
Got out today with a group of great Ifisher's (Spooled-Troy, FishBait-Steve, Boedy-Boe)and was it ever a busy day...
Started out in the Big Willy with a few shorts during the last part of the outgoing but ventured in the the MC from there...
And from there we managed to open up a can of Whoop *&^ on the keepable Gators... Keepable...OK another one of those Kentuckyisms All in all we had 7 Keepers, 4 turned loose to swim another day and 3 in the box - a 52, 49 & 48...What else, many of the shorts were in that 35 - 40 range and were they ever good looking gators...All in all it was nonstop action all day with Smelt, Herring & Anchovies accounting for all the fish...
I would be remiss if I didn't thank everyone on board today...It is great meeting and fishing with good people like Boe & Troy...As for Fishbait...well he is Fishbait, what can I say ...Steve, its always a pleasure my friend...
Boedy with his 52" Pig
Spooled with a bright clean gator...
I don't know which one looks better - Fishbait or 49" of Diamond-sided Gator
HogHunter chipping in with a release 43" Gator
Well, this speaks for itself...I hope your kids don't see these mug shots anytime at a store near you...
Seriously, it was a great day spent with good friends and I hope we can do this again very soon guys...Thanks for the fun...
EDIT: I am sorry to see that your original post got hijacked by people who can't get along. Those people will be dealt with.
My apologies. It's too much of a mess to clean up, so I'm asking you to be patient with us, here.
Thanks,
Jen

Re: Gator Mania aboard the USS HogHunter (COPY)
If you would like to take the thread, go through it and delete the appropriate responses, that's fine.
I don't have time, and it's a mess. No matter WHO is fighting, or taking the downs, I'm not going to let it happen on ifish. PERIOD. Take it to e mail.
I am not pleased with the carrot team at this point. I am not pleased with anyone who is involved. I'm not pleased with your post, either. But, I simply don't have time. I'm trying to get my family ready, so that I can leave. I don't have time to babysit these silly fights between grown men, tonight.
It is not my job to take sides. It is my job to keep it off the public discussion forum at ifish.net.

When the water warms up in the big rivers the Sturgeon will spread out.
Nice job on the gators and I am never swimming in that area again

Re: Gator Mania aboard the USS HogHunter (COPY)
I'm like you Tag, I don't know what happened here but I will make some phone calls to get the scoop...Obviously some things happened during my plane ride to Texas
In addition, to those who didn't like the scenery surrounding my pictures...I am sorry that I have not perfected the art of mastering Adobe Photoshop 7.0...
Jennie...I am so sorry for the problems this has obviously caused... Heck, I thought I was just posting an honost clean report but it obviously turned in to something else as I was traveling today...

I hope I didn't offend anyone, I was just messin' around. I come back from fishin' and I see this. Sorry, hope everything is cool. Seriously though, there's a party at the Moon tower.
