Groan.... It's there, and the fish are there, but I see no end to wind and waves. This has been a tough, tough season.

Yeah, looks like good Tuna/Dorado water to me, appears to be just outside of Heceta Bank, I see the warm swirl is still off Coos bay also, but starting to fade. Hopefully the ocean will cooperate soon.

Have a little faith Jim. The water will lay down soon and we will get a good whack at this baby. Could be the big one....

The new shot barely shows the edge of that break, cloud cover must be in the way. Glad you posted the shot of it, will let us see how it develops over the next day or four.

Boats fueled, gears ready and I'm only 15 minutes from my moorage. As soon as the weather cooperates, I'm outta here.

I'd hate to see someone get in trouble

Now if that ocean would just calm down a bit...

Terrafin has no problem with people posting the free images here, as has been discussed/cleared with them in the past. It is the private subscription images that they do not want posted publically.

Problems with weather? Just go to San Diego like we did!

I could just give you the link, however, you would be missing out on so much good information that is available to you through I-fish..So let me walk you through the process.

Look at the top of this page just below the first row of logos. A row starts with "Ifish decals". Now go all the way over to the right side of this row and click on "Data Marine"

Wow, lots of good info there to research.

To find the water temp link go down the left side untill you get to the topic "Data, maps and springer news". Continue down this topic untill you find "TERRAFIN"

Click on "TERRAFIN"

This will get you to the site. Now that you are in the site click on "Terrafin SST-view sea surface temp charts."

The chart above is a free chart. They change out the free ones every couple of days. The chart above is gone and is replaced by one that does not show much due to cloud cover.

Have fun..
