ICE "In Case of Emergency" stored in your cell phone directory, paramedics can call you number you leave in it in case if emergency.

I have ICE 1 and ICE 2 on my cell phone.

This is indeed a good idea and a great way to notify people in your life of your condition if you are unable to.
