Re: trailcam lockbox?
Cuddeback makes a box called the bear box.
Not sure if you are looking for one to buy, or are interested in making them to sell...
I just made a box for my camera from a surplus .30 cal ammo box that I cut holes in and welded some tabs on for screws, and welded some ears on for a cable lock to go through. I use at least two different not-so-common screws to fasten it to the tree, and two padlocks - one on the box and one on the cable. If someone wants it, I figure they will have to come back with some tools or a chainsaw. My biggest fear is someone trashing it by poking a rock through the lenses, but since the card is in the lower part of the unit, maybe the card will have their picture on it afterwards if that happens. I have thought of labeling it like "Camera # 4" or "OSP camera #23" or something to maybe make them think there are other cams they might not have seen which caught them on film. Not sure if it would be o.k. to impersonate a police camera though ?
