Just got done canning my first batch of TUNA! Sure looks good, some just TUNA! and some with green chiles and garlic

Thanks to all the Dogs for the canning information that has been posted here in the past.

Did my first as well over the last couple days. Holy smokes! I don't think I can ever go back to Bumble Bee. I need to get out and get more.

Mr. Carkington gave me several jars of TUNA! a couple years ago. I remember to this day what an awakening the flavor and texture that canned TUNA! provided to my taste buds.

Try puting one jalepano` in a jar when canning. It's very good and not a bit hot.

Yes sir, Mr. Carkingktons jalepano TUNA!was to die for so many options for canning and too many days that I have to be at work.
I really hope I can get out there again this season. Pole, reel, jigs, swim baits and pole/reel, gas, ice, Dodge TUNAtel for sleeping...... I'm set. Now for some time off work.
