Anyone heard what's happening on the allocation of Columbia Spring Chinook?

Still trying to negotiate with the tribes and NMFS. Probably will end up in Federal court before anything is settled.

And still waiting for Senator Smith's second reply and other Congressmen's first reply. Most of them have stacked up biz after the election season, and fish allocation probably doesn't rate a high priority with most of them. - RT
