Girl Scout Hole Updates?

I got many responses to the Girl scout hole delema,on the Sandy river.I was wondering if there was any new news concerning getting access to that area in the near future? Thanks for your info------Fishhead Vic

I don't have any new news. But I'm just like you in wanting access to the west side of the scout hole. I really don't fish from the bank that much anymore. This is one place I'd be interested in walking into. I can remember fishing there years ago, and watching fisherman get kicked out on the other side (east side). It must be the same person kicking people out on the west side now. I haven't fished this hole in 2 years, I always told my son when fishing, if you pack it in, you pack it out. This hole we always packed out more then our own trash. Unfortunately some people just don't think, or don't care for that matter what happens to an area they are in if it dosen't belong to them. So consequently we all get to suffer from their lack of thought. (Now that I've made this statement I would like to say I do realize that I'm far from perfect, and I have made some pretty boneheaded mistakes too!)
