Default Nike Maxsight review

I thought I would share my latest find with you all.. if you need glasses/contacts or not these are worth looking into.

I went to get the eyes checked.. i have a minor prescription .5 , only bugs me when looking 200 yards at details; antlers, presentations, wildlife, sporting events. I hate glasses so I opt to get disposible contacts and go through just a few pair a year.

So then the doc brings out these Nike MAXSIGHT contacts... they are sunglass built into the lens.. That is they filter out UV light; 95% of UVB and UVA, and 90% of blue light.

I got back to Shagnhai and decided to try them out.. WAY COOL -

Benefits.
1. you don't drop or misplace your glasses
2. you don't sweat in the insides when playing sports
3. enhances your vision cutting glare without distortion since they are right on your eyeball

Cons.
1. if you don't wear contact already it might not be affordable way to go.
2. Possibly lose one, but they are disposable so not too expensive

I really liked the effect when I wear them.. not too dark, I can wear them in the house, but when I go outside I am not squinting. I would think on the ocean, or fishing stream looking into water with glare they would be awesome.

Who'da thought NIKE would to contact lens...

Think they will do a shooting lens for trap and sporting clays ?

They have tinted and an amber lens.. which I think you would want amber.. they made that for court sport that benefit from high contrast.

Nike was promoting these to us last year at the Oregon Classic Nationwide event. (Suppose to bring out a lot of contrasts in green colors to aide in reading greens) Personally, I didn't notice any difference. However I did notice they are slightly thicker than normal contacts and its hard to see at night (duh!). Other than that, they are just like wearing sunglasses...No more squinting!!

That is what I liked .. no squinting.. as for reading greens... heck I got to find them first. I will definitely wear them out and about and would do so fishing as well. The only thing you don't get compared to glasses is the proectection from spray.. but then again maybe I should keep my head in the window and not act like a labrador.

you sure you dont just want brown looking eyes, so you look like a local. a pale giant amongst the locals, but a local none the less

Have you found the fortune cookies yet? I still have not received any yet and its all I requested

Have you met everybody in town yet, or do you still have some people you havent met yet there? have you at least met your neighbors for the first few dozen blocks?

What a way to wake up.. to a stocker.

Yes,, met all my neighbors and I invited them to your place for a rice BBQ..

Why would i want to cover my beautiful blues, they treat me like a rock star and that ain't all bad The down side it does change my eye color and makes my iris's bigger.. Freaks the wife and kids out - kind of look like a Deluxe Michael Jackson from Thriller.

Theres are not a lot of stars I could associate you with, but Michael Jackson is one of the few that match up. Hadnt noticed it till you mentioned it.

Didnt he leave the country also?

rock star, pop star its probably all the same in your world
