Default Thank you again!

I want to express my total gratitude for the wonderful gesture that you guys made by giving me this absolutely wonderful G Loomis Rod!
I can't get over it! WHEEEEEE!
Anyway, besides that, I want to say how many wonderful people I have met through this endeavor, and more than a G Loomis, more than any material gift I could ever recieve, I love all of your input, and the ability we seem to have to disagree at times, but get over and on with it after that!
As ifish grows, we will probably encounter some tough times, but I am in it for the long haul. I will do what I have to do, or can do, to try and keep the peace, but you have to too!
Let's all work together, through the new year to try and stay happy, regardless if the run of steelhead is late, and not as good as we were promised, regardless if you lost the biggest fish of your life cuz your buddy mis netted it, regardless, if your wife left you and your dog died!
You people mean more to me than you know. Pretty sad when some of your best friends you haven't even met, but hey..... I'll deal with it!
I have recieved many letters from people who have met wonderful fishing partners through ifish. If I died tomorrow, I would know I had a part in something that made a difference! Each one of you have too!
If I made a resolution for the New Year, it would be to
1., think and calm down before I read and react, taking into consideration that while the poster was typing, I couldn't see his facial expression or know exactly how he meant it...
2., Do more to improve our fisheries. Use the numbers of people we have here to make a difference, volunteer more, get involved in the politics of fishing, write letters, etc.
3., fish as often as I can, knowing that this is what makes my heart sing and my line zing!
Happy New Years to all, a little early, but I am having a teary moment!
Jen

Jennie your column has brightened my day many, many times and I've met some great people here. If not for ifish I wouldn't have met Marty Peterson,RT (now wait a minute that's a blessing ...right?) and most of all you! You are the spirit of ifish and it's through your dedication that this board is here. Keep up the good work and always know that you are near and dear to our hearts. You are the best!
