NF Nehalem/Wilson Report

Fished the NF Nehalem yesterday. Water was perfect at 42" with a little color to it. After no fish being caught or seen we drove over to the Wilson. Upper river had ideal water color. A little high for my taste. Again nothing hooked or seen. Kind of baffling after limiting almost every time for the past few weeks.
