Went to GI Joes today and bought some fishing items got to the check stand and they say on more senior discount so I left my fishing items and went to Fisherman's next door and got the same for less money. What a bummer.

Re: Gi Joes Senior Discount
Why don't you join the NW Steelheaders? That way, you help the fish, AND get a discount!
..and where in the heck is my middle age discount, anyhow?

Re: Gi Joes Senior Discount
I just talked with an Asst. Mgr. at G.I. Joes in Gresham. They have the Senior Discount. It is 10% off, on Tuesdays only, and you must be 60 years old to qualify. There is a card you must have (or get) also.
I thought they had one, and I was surprised to hear otherwise at the top of this thread.

Re: Gi Joes Senior Discount
That's great news. Seniors deserve every break they can get. Besides. I almost qualify.

Re: Gi Joes Senior Discount
actually the "senior discount" is illegal and amounts to price discrimination, yet this is rarely enforced, you can demand it if you do not meet their criteria...I always ask for my Irish/American discount.....I get strange looks, and a discount

Re: Gi Joes Senior Discount
I decided to call Hayden Meadows G.I. Joes as well. I was told the Senior Discount there is going away the 16th of this month. The person said if you ask for it until then, they'll give it to you. Apparently, not all of the employees are on the same page regarding this policy.
