Default Investment in Vision ?

I am not really sure if this is the right place for this, but I figured since it has to do with fishing I would give it a shot.
I am Looking to raise some investment capital for Vision hooks and Tackle since the company is growing so fast and the turn around on the cash flow outlay is around 5 months, It is absolutley killing me, I don't want to stop growing, but when you grow this fast it wipes you out. Our growth is 300 % over last years, amazing, and it is only going to get better now with all sports and redl on board, it could gop krazy, I am also branching off into the bass market as well since that is were 80 % of all fishing dollars spent in this country are, any ways if any one is interested or has any questions please e-mail me then I can give you my phone number and I can provide you with all the info nessacary to make this work. I am not interested in going to a bank but would rather use private funds. We are incorporated if that makes any difference to any one interested.
Also the product line is endless, my factories produce all kinds of fishing and outdoor products, which I am looking to add more of all the time.
Thanks for your support!!

Hi Joe, remember me? you came up and fished the Fraser for Sockeye a few years back. I was told by someone on this board that your now the owner of Vision Hooks. Thats great to hear. I know since they were first put on the shelves at Hubs more anglers are turning to them as their daily hooks. Having Redls carrying them will really help you in the BC market.
We have some great new promotions going on that might interest you, I would rather talk off this board so if you have time give me an email at sts@guidebc.com or call me at 604-671-FISH

Perhaps I might be interested ($$4capital)but you (Superfly) have never answered my question about where can I buy the hooks. I sent you my comments (Short version - I liked them) about he samplers you sent me but cannot find them. Forestbay.com didn't have 'em. Who does? Searches here and on other boards (Pis. Pur.s, etc.) yielded nothing.
Where can I find the things?
Thanks,
x

Super

Ok I am teased about your hooks, many of us us Gami's and would welcome a alternative, (US)? for Sturgeon, Steelhead and Nookies. I usally avoid this but I want the sales pitch. Tell us why they are better, I am sure you think they are, so sell us.

Many voices can make things happen in local markets. It really does not hurt to know people in the right places also. Just looking for the best money can buy.

Second cances come to few and not often enough these days for most of us.

A sales pitch, let me see, basically with Vision we are filling a void in the market place, I don't like to talk bad or negative about other products just because they are my competitor, but in this case I will. Gammies are a great hook, no doubt about it, but like everything they have there flaws, the biggest is that they are way over priced. The second is that they use a little more carbon in there steel which makes them very hard , but also briddle. So you will get the occasional hook break at the bend or in most cases the tip will break off. in certain conditions. VMC's subsidised by the french goverment so there crappy hook can compete in american market place by being inexpensive. Eagle claw, an american standard but they have more issues with delivery and quality control than I ever have had the whole time in business. Mustad, a good solid hook for the price, but they have not done anything to grow or improve there products, the new line of hooks they came out with are almost identical to Vision, but once again cost to much for what you are getting.
With Vision I will tell you the downside first, Our packaging at this time sucks! I will be the first to tell you that, That is one of the things that I am changing when I can raise some money.
2. our quaility control on the larger hooks was not the best for a while and I think I have got a handle on that now.
3.Lack of capital for the way company is growing, I myself have not been paid in along time, just been putting it all back into the business, but the company, with a little boost to spread our wings in the midwest and south in the bass arean's could really smoke, and be worth allot of dollars in just a few years, I would like to make some of that money along with whoever else is interested.
The Upside, a great hook at a fair price, That is one of the reasons I have so many x-gammy staffers fishing the hooks now, All those guides out there can't be wrong, I would name them all, but I would probably forget one or two and then they would ream me for that.
We have so many great products to add, but it all comes down to cash flo again, I was going through the stuff that we can and will be bringing in and it is just awesome.
I hope this helps all of you out there, if you would like just e-mail me at home for further questions or info. thanks for the support and I am doing my best!
Peace Superfly
