Look to the smaller rivers to drop and clear first, the Necanicum, NF Nehalem, Kilchis and Three Rivers would all be likely canidates if it dosen't pour tonight!

The North Fork did not look bad this morning ( I went to the valley for christmas eve dinner so I did not see it tonight). The water was high and about 1.5 foot visibility but I am located down closer to tidewater. As I drove by the hatchery the water looked great as well as Soapstone. We show little rain on the rain guage since this morning and as Gone Fishin said if we don't have a gully washer it should be a good bet.
