You dont really need a floating worm for a carolina rig. Normally if there's any grass at all that will keep your worm up where you want it.

As far as what to use for baits pick out ones that displace water, or fall more 'flat'. Those take longer to sink. Baits with lots of goofy arms and legs will displace more water, sink slower, and float higher. Regular senkos have so much salt in them that they sink like stones. If you like lots of salt switch to a cut tail worm(has a flattened tail that slows its fall) or use a senko knock off with less salt. Tiki Sticks are the "lightest" ones I've used.

Nitro speaks the truth. I hear he can Caralina Rigg like you've never seen! I understand he is pretty darn good with a chrome/blue rattletrap too.
