Default Will archery bag changes change your plans?

With the change from Any Elk to Bull Only in units like Ukiah, Heppner and Starkey is this going to have any of you bowhunters changing your plans?

You bet my eastern hunt will shift to a cow unit for the opener Ill target bulls, cows and buck mullies early season (gas is too expensive to reduce my chances by a third)I have enough trouble getting close to any thing not to mention getting the shot off. If un sucsessfull I'll blow for bulls on the west side the last part of the season when the woods open(fire danger) and the bulls start getting more vocal. I will leave heppner alone this year. Granit here I come.
