Garibaldi/Depoe, Tuna Saturday?
I have a friend coming from Bend for a Saturday Tuna run if possible. It would be nice if it would lay down just a bit more. Sunday won't work. Anybody else thinking 2 & 6 is doable for Saturday?

Hoping for a tad bit better forecast for the distance we will have to go in my estimation to find tuna. But I am "thinking" about it.
Wish I had a bigger boat and didnt have to do so much thinking

Re: Garibaldi/Depoe, Tuna Saturday?
This is one of the first times when it is actually trending BETTER, rather than just a window to sneak through. I wouldn't be surprised if Saturday was doable, and I wouldn't be surprised if the tuna were in closer than it may seem.
I'm going to be watching it pretty closely, but will most likely go out of Newport just because of the crew I have (all newbies).
We've got a couple more days to see how she does.

Re: Garibaldi/Depoe, Tuna Saturday?
I'm hoping for a little improvement, and I'm thinking that the warm water hump that was off Tillamook Head on the 24th at the 46.00 and 124.10 line may move down a little and be right off Tilla Bay on Saturday. Tuna at 10 miles? I shouldn't think that way, start getting goose (tuna) bumps.

The Sea-J is scheduled for a tuna trip Saturday. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Depoe it is. It would be a tad bit out of the way for me to go from Garibaldi.
