Fished Three R. on down. Saw Marty P. part with a fish when his hook came off the plug! Lightning and thunder around 2:30 and we were done. A lot of rotten leaves gumming up the plugs. Did rain quite hard at times. No fish for my boat.

How come you didn't introduce yourself?

The river was on the rise and the lower we got, the more color in the water.

Not as much pressure today as during this past week.

I think this was the last day of fishing the North Coast till after Christmas sometime as hard as it's raining tonight!

Marty, I am almost crying here. I got the next 6 days off, the drift boat hooked up, poles in the truck, a little bait ready to be soaked, and I am leaving in the morning for Tillamook to not be heard from until at least Thursday of next week. I make a quick check tonight for a fishing report and you tell me the water conditions suck until after Christmas. This really bites.

Maybe I need to go study that high water post RT started. It might be tougher than I thought finding Ike.

If this weather doesn't cut it out, my family is going to through me out of the house. I haven't drifted the Wilson yet this fall/winter. I am getting really grumpy. The wind is blowing like the devil at my house, it must be bad at the coast. Looks like my plans to fish on Sat may be blown. Hope you get to fish Roy. RW
