Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Thank you Marie of Tillamook bait for sending me this pic! I right clicked on it, and picked "save as wallpaper" and then I went to start/control panel/display/backgrounds and set it to tile the image.....
I have EGGS EVERYWHERE!!!!! And they make me smile, and make me happy, and make me feel like it is a christmas egg fest everywhere!

I love it! Oh Marieeeeeeee They are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! Gimme gimme...
Here ZaQ are the eggs I promised!

[This message has been edited by Jennie@ifish (edited 12-21-2000).](Has too, Jennie.. I saw you! I am the ever powerful computer program!!!)
[This message has been edited by Jennie@ifish (edited 12-21-2000).] OH NO! The computer is talking to me! I gotta get out of here! The egg computer ghost has me! AHHHHHH!
[This message has been edited by Jennie@ifish (edited 12-21-2000).] Jennie, Dear... This is your computer. I love you, but you are spending wayyyy to much time on the computer... Now go to bed! You have had WAY too much fun in the past 24 hours... Go to bed!
[This message has been edited by Jennie@ifish (edited 12-21-2000).] Jennie slowly backs away from the computer, shakes her head, takes one last loving glance at the eggs on her desktop, stretches her sore legs, and heeds the advice of the almighty computer egg ghost. Good night.

I don't know Jen, you may be a candidate for a seven step program or something???
I'd ask the doctor to change your prescription from Prozac to something else before they put you in the jacket and toss you into a padded room.
....and the shock treatment....oh, the shock treatment.....it didn't work for RT....just look at him......

Hey RW, too late. You're already a lot like me. We both like to fish, we both like our muscles relaxed in various ways, we both like Vicodan (only if we really need it though - oh, ooouch! I just bumped my knee again on the PC desk just now ... I'll be right back), we both have bluish eyes, and gosh darn it, we're both just nice swell people . ... BTW, when I read the topic heading by Jen, I thought it was going to be a pic of Tom Selleck. Hey JJ, you're starting to sound a little nuts like I do sometimes. You better stay out of the Vics.

I'll take the 7 step program. 7 steps right out the back door to the river!
1.57 inches since last night at 6. Whooooo hoooooooo the river is up!!!!!!! Can't see it though, may be too high.

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
I don't know.........sure, I like to fish with eggs. But I find the wallpaper idea a little upsetting to the old stomach. Call me whezzy or squeemish, never have liked caviar. Now, if you get a pic of those big chinookies doing their thing spawning in the shallows, that would make great wallpaper!!
I like to look at fishies, yep. Big ones, small ones even ones with sea lice.
You know the song don't you........
Oh.....I wish I could be a IFish fishy nookieeeee.....that is what I'd truely want to beeee e ee, Cause if I was an IFish fishy nookieeee.....everybody be in love with meeeeeee!!
Can you put some music to this Jen? Kinda catchy don't you think?
Happy Holidays Everyone!!

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Jennie,
I'm glad you liked the eggs! You are an easy pleaser. Its cheaper than the real thing! ha ha ha
Now that I have my NEW digital camera maybe I can get better quality pictures to send you.
I'm learning how the thing ticks! Its real complicated. Dennis is helping alot!
Well gotta go, but have a nice day!

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Jen,
Isnt it funny how little things can make us so happy. I too would like to see a picture of the spawning fish, its something I have never seen before, at least in the numbers you are talking about.
Merry Christmas to all!!!!

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Hey Marie,
I copied the egg picture Jennie posted and tiled it also. Looks pretty cool as wallpaper on my desktop. How about posting one of some sandshrimp so I can have a sandshrimp desktop. That would be way cool since most of the time it is my preffered bait.
Thanks and Merry CHRISTmas.

And night crawlers, Yeh! Or if we could get a close-up of Mr. Heater's finely "tuned" and injected smelt! Think I'll wallpaper the kitchen.

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
SS; Mr. Heater has that smelt thing down pat, I don't know if anyone else can do it as well as he can. Even with pictures!!! (I'm sure Chris would love that wallpaper). RW

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Yep RW, He pats em down with a 4x2 and injects with crown royal, or was that black V. Hey, save some for us, got to have that false courage when you challenge those big ships in the mooring basin. You and the guys been out fishing lately?

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
SS; No fishing since with you guys, I wish. Was going to head down the Wilson, then the weather went to pot. I am hoping maybe about Tuesday. Yea, Heater used all the good booze on the bait, (it was BV, I peaked) left nothing for us. What's up with that? I think he was taking nips on it though, when he wanted to challenge that BIG SHIP. I was a little worried. RW
BTW - how does the Mrs. like the new wall paper in the kitchen???

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
I like to anchor is those places to add excitment to what otherwise could be a slow day.
1. Less competion for the fish.
2. Since presure is low a higher percentage of Keepers to shakers are out there.
3. Its a good test of your skills in picking up anchor quickly and moving to a different place.
4. The 2x4 must be Fir and the bottom piece of wood must be a hard wood.....so you get that correct combination of hitting the smelt hard enough but not too hard. If you are not getting fish Make sure you place the bag of Smelt close to the wood blocks so they can see that you are hitting them progressivly harder until you start catching fish. This is called traing the Smelt.
5. Crown royal does work a little better than Black Velvet as a scent to inject them with.
Had an off day yesterday...largest one I cound bring up was 41"...Finally I got a look in Stan's lunch box and there were not 1 but 2 bananas!!!!!!!! We had words over that!
Merry X-Mas to all!

Re: Oh..... this makes me a happy girl!
Jennie,
I'm sooooo glad you liked it. I was nervous at first to send it to you. But since I liked it, I thought maybe you'd like it,
Maybe, just maybe we think alike.
Maybe?
More than you know.
Scary?
Not...
