Is there a way I can limit incomming mail to just people on my address list?

Possibly under: tools - message rules

Not sure if you can create an exact rule...but you may be able to filter out a lot of junk.

there are services you can go through and white list your email. When someone tries to email you if they aren't on your list they will have to ask permission to send you mail.
