Default G.LOOMIS BLANK QUESTIONS

Just looking for some input on the ST 1084 IMX.I already own a 1024 IM6 ,its a really old rod but it still fishes pretty good. I also have two ST 1025 S models in the GL2 & GL3 I use these rods for bobber & drift fishing. These are all OK rods but im interested in the 1084 IMX because its a little longer and suppose to be alot more sensitive. Any input on this rod ? Id appreciate it lots thanks.

Thanks Timber Man , That just might be the ticket for fishing the siletz, and the santiam summer runs. I really like my 1025S GL3 for siletz winter runs but I need a little longer, more sensitive rod for the summers. Hey T.M. thanks for your input I really appreciate it . Happy Holidays to you and yours. TIS THE SEASON MIKIE.

The IMX ST 1084 is my favorite steelhead rod, however, if you are looking for additional length I would go w/ the GL3 ST 1143, 9'6" it's a wonderful bobber rod, and the additional 12" will improve your line control abilities.
