Cheap Fix !!

I use PIP leader holders and after awhile the cork gets beat-up bad,and I hate replaceing them at 7.00 a shot! I went to joes and found cork gasket matteral big roll for 4.50. When I got home I took the inner lid from a small Ball Jar and traced the pattern, cut it out and glued it in now my leader hold is just like new time 5 minutes cost probley .10 cents saved a bunch.

I just put a goopy layer of shoe-goo in my old ones, hooks stick in it fine.

Wish I would have read that a month ago! I tossed my old pips, but it did smell like mold from the rain.

You should also be able to get cork at your local craft shop.
