You should live down here in So Oregon 105 to 110 for the next 5 days. It even to hot to be on the river after about 11 am.

It's been at least 100 degrees every stinkin' day since I came down to Austin earlier this summer. And if it isn't 100, it's 99 with 50% humidity.

Add that to having to put up with all of the pukey burnt orange stickers with longhorns on them and it's enough to kill a guy.

Just got back from Kansas. Was running anywhere from 105 to 109. Daughter called yesterday - was 113. Gooooood to be home.

I'll be in rockaway hanging out. Probably do some work on my boat at big tuna marine. Mount the downriggers, rig up the tuna rods. Wanted to fish for ling in close, but the ocean is looking mighty scary, so I'll just hang it up this weekend.

wimps!! i laid 700 sqft of sod in my backyard today..along with spreading a truckload of compost out before i laid the sod.

took off the shirt and worked on the tan...it ain't hot until it hits 110+

108 in Hillsboro!!!!

I just took a nice outdoor shower (This is just 1 of the reasons I love my outdoor shower!!) 82 down stairs...Life is good!!! I think I'll have a cold one!!!

I did feel sorry for the guy running a jack hammer on the street next to me a little bit ago

I moved the thermometer out into the sun in the grass for 15 minutes & it hit 122!!!! I can't imagine what the pavement was like

Only 100F here at 2800-3000 ft level, according to NOAA, the bank clock said 102 a bit ago though. No biggie, after 90F it all feels the same to me. I feel for you guyz with the humidity though.....

This oughta' hurry up the Huckleberries though!

true..not ideal, but no biggie. keep it wet and there will be no problems. it was the only day i had to do it...otherwise i would be putting it off yet ANOTHER week.

oh, Ryan - i'm not nuts..i'm just a "desert rat" from arizona. lol. this stuff ain't nothing. my shoes didn't even melt when i walked across the street..so it can't be THAT hot. lol. :grin:

5:40 am and it is 76,probably the best it goona be.got a wedding to go to today.it is outside and not till 5.the plan is we will be in shade.hope so
was just out on the deck and it is sprinkling a bit,boy a good downpour for about 10 minutes would feel good right now.

This is Reeediculous. Up here in the Mid-Columbia it was plenty hot on the river on Friday. 102 by noon.

Yesterday, I had to go to Puyallup for a friend's graduation party. I don't know how hot it was, but we all stopped sweating in the shade in the back yard about 9 pm.

On my way home this morning about 9:30 it was 94 on the east side of Snoqualmie Pass....

It's now 107 in Goldendale, and still rising. My window AC is on Max, and it's 85 in my little house. Now that the boat is paid off, Me Thinks it's time for a heating/cooling system upgrade.

Naw.... this whole global warming thing is just misguided folks who are anti-business. Yeah, that's it....
