Speedometer reads fast at slow speeds

I have a honda 200 with digital speed and tach gages. The speedometer has started reading fast at slow speeds. Maybe 7 mph when the gps says 3 mph. It is fine at higher speeds, 25 plus. Matches the gps speed. Have checked the pitot hole and it is clear. The problem is it has fuel management system and with the speedo reading fast I get innaccurate trip miles. t It is under warrantee but I was hoping it was a simple fix rather than dropping the boat at the dealer. Anyone else had this problem?

Talked to the dealer and then disconnected the line and blew it out. There was a bit of water trapped in the line and that may have been the problem. Will find out when the weather lightens up.
