Default Dogs in the San Juans. Need help.

Attention all San Juan Dogs. Need your opinion. I am going to San Juan Island next Friday the 21st thru the 28th staying at a house just outside Friday Harbor. I have a 26ft striper w/downriggers and a kicker. I used to fish Lime Kiln to Cattle Point eons ago. Should I be fishing the inbound tide? Depth this time of year? Expect what specie of Salmon running? Any other particulars that you can lend some pointer on would be greatly appreciated. How about a ling hole or Halibut. Really could use your expertise here.
Thanks
Squiddy.

Don't forget that Ling season is closed at this time.

I find the majority of my summer/fall fish(chinook) 30-60ft off the 'riggers.

Good fishing,
Hans

yea, what Han's said. (this is starting to sound like the only thing I say) .....although do not be afraid to run a rigger at 90-120 and fish the "Girl Scout camp between Orcas and Waldron, past the Lime Kiln. Right off Orcas.
