Saturday 6/8 Depoe

Fished the bannana Saturday boated 4 mid size halibut threw back 2 for upgrades. Very slow and had to fish hard to get them. Ocean went to 2 on 6 faster then I expected made for a slow boat ride home.
Anne Checker at Depoe noted that she had counted 8 salmon 1 was a chinook.
She also noted that Halibut limits were not the norm this weekend.
Was chomping at the bit thinking about running out for the tuna fun, but the long halibut day made the choice for us.

Shooting for the 22nd next trip for whatevers biting.

Thanks for the report , we were about to join ya when Reef Diver called us to biting Tuna at Area 61, ended up with 11.
