The Siuslaw gets more hatchery fish then lake creek but then again its much bigger of a river.

thats a hard call because it all depends on water height and fishing pressure. both rivers get pounded so if lake creek is on the low side all the boats in front of you can put a damper on your chances of catching fish.

I have been sticking to the Siuslaw lately. It holds it color a lot longer and is a fairly good sized river. knowing that I know that it can have a lot of pressure and they arent going to get all the fish. you know the old saying 10% of the people catch 90% of the fish I put in late and fish behind everyone and usually do very well unless the water is low and clear.
