Tagging released fish?

Anybody tag the fish the release? I saw a tagging system that was used for bass. It would be fun to know who else has caught the fishie. Especially if somebody catches it 3 years later so they can thank you

I don't know if I like that idea Marty. For me, knowing someone has caught that fish before would be sort of like my wife telling me about all of her old boyfriends. I'd prefer to live under the illusion that I was the first and only guy to catch that fish. It's better for my ego that way.
