There is a place in Seattle that makes some of the best quality stuff I have seen in a long time. It is called Xstream their web site really only scratches the surface of what they can make. http://www.xstreamgear.com
The owner Sos Ouch, just joined the Renton Chapter of Puget Sound Anglers. He has been bring some of his stuff to the meetings to show us and the membership is snapping it up as fast as he can sell it to us. If he doesn't have what you want he can probably make it for you to your specs. As a board member for our club I went to see his shop and ended up buying items myself. He just made a bag for us to put Hot Spot flashers in if any body fishes these you may want to see this for your self.

FO. Depending on what you want, Waagmeester sail maker made me a couple of water resistant bags. In portland at 287.4845. Looking in an older phone book they are now called Banks Sails NW.
