There are people that crave attention, that don't get enough, somehow... that like to mess with peoples boards.
This guy was one of them. Kept posting improper posts, used bad language, just generally screwed with things. He impersonated the Oak Harbor Police, used threatening terms and was extremely racist.
Anyway, we did catch him, but he seems to be back, and now I have to make a choice. Either NOT allow any hotmail, yahoo, non primary e mail addresses, monitor the board 24 hours a day, or something, not sure what I'll do if he hangs around.
But no matter what someone posts, do not reply to them, no matter how difficult it seems. That is what they want, they crave attention.... of ANY kind. And this will keep them going and going and going..... like the batteries, ya know?
So, please, notify me or RT should you suspect something is up.

This guy is from the Oak Harbor area of Whidbey Island, Washington. J isn't calling this jerk a killer; one of his e-mail addresses was OakHarborKiller@...I think...yahoo.com He was banned from both Bob's and our BB's and he kept coming back re-registering under other screen names or e-mail adresses. An investigator has alerted Jen and Bob of his identity. As Jen said, the best thing with any way out of line whacko posts is don't reply to these type jerks and they usually go away. If not, alert Jen or I and we will take care of biz! Thanks. - RT
