Default Need a good float on the Wilson....

I'm heading up to Portland from Southern Oregon to see some friends on Valentine's day weekend. I've never fished the Wilson before and was wondering what a good float to do that time of year was for winter steelies. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Drift Mills Bridge to Sollie Smith. This is a easy drift and has good water. The water might be fishable by then...
