Default Half Pounders Galore!!!!

Fished the Rogue from Agnes down on Friday. What an experience! Guide Denny Houghson got us into a ton of fish. Lots of 1/2 pounders and quite a few in the 4-5# range and one chrome brite native at 10#. If I had notbeen there, I wouldn't believe the fishing. Between my partner and myself, we must have landed 50-6o fish in the 7 mile drift. If you have never done this, you gotta GO! Oh, by the way, the Elk and Sixes were to low to fish Friday. But, if you want some great fun, go hit the ROGUE!!!!

Default Re: Half Pounders Galore!!!!

Brings back old memories. When I was in college...or at least was supposed to be attending college, I spent many days at the mouth of Galice Ceek fishin'half pounders. Most of them were in the 4 to 6 pound range. What a kick. Those fish were suckers for an orange corky and a sandshrimp tail.
