My first Hog

Fished the Umpqua on Thursday and caught 2 native winter steelhead and 1 silver. Fished the Elk on Friday and Saturday. On Friday there were about 50 fish taken. On Saturday I landed a 40# buck and a 18#hen, my buddy landed a 35#buck and a 25#hen by 9am. There must have been 100 fish landed by noon and 2X that many foul hooked and released. Combat fishing at it's finest, it was fly fishermen on one side of the river and bait fishermen on the other side fighting for water. Saw on landed that may have gone 50#'s, also saw a winter steelhead landed that was 18#'s and fin clipped. Pictures to follow.

You must be feeling mighty fine!Were you with a guide or did you just fish in a particular hole?
Car to share where that whole was?At hatchery?101?
Details,Details, detatils- what did you use, what was the weather like, sentiment by the locals on the run(I'll be down there in three weeks).
